In the River House kitchen, our American chef Austin Rockeman gives his creativity free reign as he offers a new interpretation of traditional Swiss cuisine – with an international flair, quite simply. Our menu is inspired by influences from modern North American cuisine.

From the region, fresh on the table. For us, this means nothing but the freshest ingredients and products - food we can vouch for. We purchase meat, fish and wine directly from our providers here in the region. We know and trust one another, and quality and sustainability have top priority.

Wines… just different

We know Swiss vintners personally from our shopping, or from our participation in grape-gathering events. Locally produced wines from all of the regions are "hip" and "top." This is how we offer you the new elite in Swiss wines. Naturally, we offer you Tessin wines, along with select vintages from Italy, France, Spain and Austria.
