Reservation Policies

All reservations require credit card guarantee (Visa, Mastercard) due at time of booking. If credit card details given at time of booking no deposit is necessary.

To secure your reservation, non credit card holders are asked to pay a deposit of:

  • 1 night for booking of up to 3 nights
  • 50% of payment for booking of more than 3 nights

Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations must be cancelled via e-mail or in written way.
  • For stays of 1-6 nights: in the event of a reservation being cancelled 7 and more days prior to the arrival date, the deposit shall be refunded.
  • Should the reservation be cancelled less than 7 days before the arrival date, the deposit of one overnight stay will be required.
  • In the event of a reservation being cancelled only 3 days or less prior to the reservation date, full payment of previously confirmed nights will be required.
  • In the event of change of travel plans/early departure after check-in, the full payment of previously confirmed nights will be required.

Booking Extras

  • Children under 13 years of age will get a reduction, if no other regulation applies at time of booking.
  • Baby Beds are available for free. No Baby Beds for room number 1 “Flora” and 3 “Fluss”.
  • Dogs are allowed at an additional charge of CHF 5.00 per night, the full amount will be use for an animal protection organisation in Switzerland.

Early Arrivals and Late Departures

If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the Hotel. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags.
